REsimpli review: every feature on every plan, and the highest entry price we review

Updated September 2026. Independent. REsimpli did not see this before publication.

Every feature sits on every plan, so the tiers buy seats and skip tracing credits, never features. That makes it the highest entry price of the eight tools we review, by a wide margin, and it hands a new subscriber the entire product on day one.

What you get

What REsimpli actually does

REsimpli is a CRM for real estate investors that positions itself as the thing replacing the other eleven. Real estate lists, skip tracing credits, calling, SMS, email, direct mail, eSign and KPI dashboards arrive in one subscription rather than bolted together from separate vendors.

It suits real estate investors who already have leads landing and are losing them between a spreadsheet, a dialer and a mail service. If you are still looking for your first leads, you would be paying $299 a month for a system to manage deal flow that does not exist yet.

The comparison that matters is not against the $299, it is against what you already pay. REsimpli says it replaces eleven tools, so add up your dialer, your mail service, your CRM and your skip tracing and see whether the total actually moves. Annual takes Solo to $249/mo, or $2,988 a year, a saving of $600. What does not carry over is unused skip tracing credits, which reset each month rather than banking.

The fine print

What REsimpli does not put on the pricing page

Two numbers you will meet before you buy, and neither is quite what it looks like.

The 4.9 on their own site is their own number

REsimpli advertises "Rated 4.9 from 2,547+ investors". That figure is self-reported on its own marketing page. It is not a third-party rating and it is not checkable by you or by us.

The independent number we can check is G2’s, 4.8 from 415 reviews. Those are different populations, so this is not a contradiction and not an accusation. It is a reason to know which of the two you are looking at, because only one of them can be audited.

REsimpli pricing page and G2, September 2026

The trial is 14 days, whatever a reviewer told you

The pricing page states 14 days, cancel any time before billing. One G2 reviewer refers to a 30 day trial.

We publish the figure on the pricing page, because that is the one you will actually be held to. If you were told 30 somewhere else, get it in writing before you plan around it.

The other half

What REsimpli reviewers keep praising

Counted from the same ten G2 reviews as the complaints above. Given the setup complaint is the loudest one, the onboarding answer belongs next to it rather than pages away.

Onboarding is free and unlimited

This is the direct answer to the complaint above it. The most repeated criticism is that setup is complicated and overwhelming, and REsimpli bundles unlimited onboarding rather than selling it as a package.

Whether that cancels the complaint out depends on you. It does mean the fix is included in the $299 rather than quoted separately.

REsimpli pricing page and G2

It really is all in one

Reviewers who like it use that phrase unprompted, and they mean the AI agents qualifying leads, direct mail sent from the app in the field, and the KPI dashboards, all without a second subscription. The positive and the negative here are the same fact seen from two distances.

G2

The dashboards are what people stay for

KPI reporting comes up repeatedly among longer-tenured reviewers rather than new ones, which fits the pattern across the whole page: this is a tool that repays deal flow and punishes starting from nothing.

What REsimpli is bad at

Counted across the ten G2 reviews on page one and the recent app store feeds. Worth saying plainly that the recent record is clean: none of the 49 most recent iOS reviews sits at 3★ or below. G2 themes are counted and cited rather than reprinted.

  1. It is overwhelming to set up

Four of the ten G2 reviews we read describe the initial setup as complicated, the product as complex and overwhelming, and onboarding as tedious. It is the most repeated complaint, and it follows directly from the pricing model: every feature is on every plan, so a new subscriber is handed all of it at once.

    G2, 4 of 10

  2. The price is hard to justify early

Two of ten name the cost, one of them specifically for people starting out who have not built up cash reserves yet.

    G2, 2 of 10

  3. An update broke core functions for one reviewer

One of the ten describes calling and texting not working properly after an update, and that reviewer moved to something else. Severe and recent rather than frequent, which is why it is here rather than higher.

    G2, 1 of 10

  4. Driving for dollars draws a pointed complaint

"Driving for dollars sucks in this app. 80% property data isn't found until you click on it 5 to 10 times."

    Play

  5. Incoming calls get missed

"If a lead calls you, you can barely hear the ringtone. I've missed so many calls... it only appears in notifications and is drowned in all the other notifications."

    Play

  6. It slows down after updates

"pages can still be slow to load" and "sometimes it gets a bit slow after updates."

Be honest with yourself

Who should not buy REsimpli

  • You do not have leads yet. This manages deal flow, it does not create it.
  • Driving for dollars is your main channel. An app reviewer pans it, and DealMachine is built for exactly that.
  • You want to start small. The floor is $299, and the tiers above it add seats and credits, so there is nothing below it to step onto.
  • You need a CRM you can reshape. A reviewer puts it plainly: there is not a lot you can do to make it your own.

Common questions

REsimpli questions people actually ask

How much is REsimpli per month?

Solo is $299/mo for one user, or $249/mo paid annually at $2,988 a year. Team is $899/mo for five users and Business $2,199/mo for fifteen. The tiers differ by seats and skip tracing credits, never by features.

Does REsimpli have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days, cancel any time before billing. One G2 reviewer mentions 30 days. The published figure is 14 and that is the one we go with.

Does REsimpli include skip tracing?

Yes. Every plan includes monthly skip tracing credits pooled across the account: 10,000 on Solo, 20,000 on Team and 50,000 on Business. Unused credits do not roll over. Past the allowance its pricing page quotes 15¢ a record, while its Terms, effective September 2026, say tracing stops for the rest of the billing cycle, so ask before you count on extra traces.

Is REsimpli worth $299 a month?

It depends entirely on whether you have deal flow. If it replaces a separate CRM, dialer, mail service and skip tracing tool, add up what those cost you now and compare. Priced as your first purchase, before leads exist, it is the most expensive way to start of the eight tools we review.

Is REsimpli good for driving for dollars?

Not on the evidence. An app store reviewer says that in driving for dollars, most property data does not appear until you tap five to ten times. DealMachine is built around that single job, with a 4.79 iOS rating from 5,002 ratings.

What is REsimpli’s real rating?

Independently, 4.8 on G2 from 415 reviews, 4.89 on iOS from 387 and 4.8 on Play from 134. The 4.9 from 2,547 investors on its own site is self-reported and should not be read as a third-party score.
