What BatchLeads actually does
BatchLeads is list stacking software for real estate investors. You pull real estate lists, overlap them to find the owners who turn up on more than one, and it returns phone numbers and emails without charging separately for them. That last part is the actual product difference, and it is the reason its headline price is close to its real one.
It suits real estate wholesalers who cold call and would rather have one bill than a subscription plus a per-contact meter running underneath it. If what you need is county data to look at rather than people to ring, you are paying for a dialer you will not open.

Annual billing is the real lever. Growth falls from $1,428 a year to $857, a saving of $571, and the page states it as 40%. Because skip tracing is not metered, the bill grows through add-ons instead: Dialer AI at $89/mo is most of another Growth plan on its own, which is worth weighing against the complaints about the dialer that is already included.
What BatchLeads does not put on the pricing page
Two things a reader comparing this against PropStream needs, and neither is on either pricing page.
PropStream bought it in July 2025
PropStream announced its acquisition of BatchLeads and its dialer, BatchDialer, in July 2025. PropStream itself has belonged to Stewart Information Services, the NYSE-listed title insurance company, since November 2021, so all three now sit under one owner. The listings reflect it: G2 names the vendor "BatchLeads By PropStream", and the Apple App Store lists the seller as EQUIMINE, the company named throughout PropStream’s Terms of Use.
So if you are reading about BatchLeads for a second opinion on PropStream, you are reading about two products with one owner. Comparisons written before July 2025 that treat them as rivals were right at the time and are out of date now. The announcement also describes folding the two into a single platform, without saying what that means for existing plans. As of September 2026, BatchLeads is still sold separately with its own pricing.

Skip tracing is included, which is not the same as accurate
Every plan bundles phone numbers and emails with no per-contact charge, and that is the genuine reason to choose this over a metered tool. It is also where its reviewers push back hardest: stale and wrong numbers are the single most repeated complaint on its G2 page.
So price it as a tool that removes a meter from your bill, not as one that removes the problem of bad data. Those are different purchases.

List stacking, exports and outreach in a single product, without moving data between a data tool, a skip tracing service and a dialer. That is the same design decision that makes skip tracing part of the plan rather than a meter.

Support answers, and it integrates with Podio
Responsive support comes up repeatedly, which is worth weighing against the one App Store report of an ignored refund request. The Podio integration matters to a specific crowd and almost nobody else, but for that crowd it decides the purchase.

Four of the ten G2 reviews we read raise the same thing: skip traced phone numbers coming back outdated or simply wrong, and cold calling efficiency suffering for it. It is the most repeated complaint on the platform, and it lands squarely on the feature that justifies the word Included.

Is BatchLeads better than PropStream?
They are two products with one owner, built for different jobs. BatchLeads includes the contact data and stacks lists. PropStream starts lower, at $99, and meters the contacts on that plan. Neither is an independent check on the other.

What we did not do. We have not subscribed to BatchLeads. Capterra lists no product at all, so there is no fourth platform to report, and we would rather show the gap than fill it with something adjacent.
