Cannot be priced
- REsimpli’s calls and texts are unlimited under a fair use policy. Carrier registration fees for texting are passed through separately.
- Past the included credits, REsimpli’s pricing page quotes 15¢ a record, while its Terms, effective September 2026, say tracing stops for the rest of the billing cycle. PropStream charges 12¢ a contact on Essentials and 10¢ on Pro.
- REsimpli AI, its set of AI agents, is a paid add-on and is left out of every month here.
- Running both, REsimpli Solo plus PropStream with Connect, is $428 a month.
So PropStream is the smaller bill by $170 to $650 in the months we could price. What the difference buys is REsimpli’s unlimited dialing, e-signatures, accounting and deal pipeline, and it is worth paying if you would otherwise buy those somewhere else.

What REsimpli includes that PropStream does not
Every REsimpli plan carries the whole product, and the tiers add seats and skip tracing credits. That means a pipeline for every lead and deal, a triple-line dialer for each user with unlimited minutes and texts under fair use, unlimited e-signatures and emails, accounting, KPI dashboards and an open API with no usage fees.
It also covers ground PropStream covers. Its list pulling searches nationwide property data with pre-foreclosure and equity filters, list stacking takes unlimited records, Solo includes 10,000 skip traces a month, and driving for dollars comes with driver-only accounts and assigned routes. Seller and buyer websites are in the plan too.
Two things cost extra. REsimpli AI is a paid add-on, and direct mail printing and postage are billed per piece.
What PropStream has that REsimpli does not show
A published mail price, for a start. PropStream lists postcards from 57¢ and letters from 85¢. REsimpli’s pricing page says printing and postage are billed per piece and stops there, so a mail-heavy month cannot be priced on it.
List watching is the second. PropStream’s Lead Automator, in Connect, watches up to 50,000 properties and triggers alerts when they change. REsimpli’s automatic list builder, which would add new matching records every day, is marked coming soon.
And tracing at scale. PropStream with Connect covers up to 25,000 traces a month for $129. REsimpli Solo covers 10,000. Past that its pricing page quotes 15¢ a record, which would make 25,000 traces $1,649 on Team, but its Terms say tracing stops at the allowance, which would mean Business at $2,199.
Do you need both?
It depends on your list volume. If REsimpli’s built-in list pulling and 10,000 traces cover your month, a separate PropStream subscription mostly duplicates what you already pay for.
If you pull more than that, or you rely on PropStream’s prebuilt lead lists and list watching, running both costs $428 a month: REsimpli Solo at $299 plus PropStream with Connect at $129. For one person that is still less than moving up to REsimpli Team at $899 for its extra credits.

Does REsimpli replace PropStream?
It covers the same ground for a lot of one-person months: nationwide list pulling, 10,000 skip traces a month and a dialer, inside a CRM. It does not match PropStream’s list watching yet, since its automatic list builder is marked coming soon, and past 10,000 traces a month its pricing page and its Terms disagree on whether you can buy more.
Does REsimpli have property data?
Yes. Its list pulling searches nationwide property data with pre-foreclosure, equity and ownership filters, by REsimpli’s own description, and records go straight into list stacking and skip tracing.
Which is cheaper, REsimpli or PropStream?
PropStream, in every month we could price: $129 against $299 for one person tracing 2,000 owners, $159 against $424 for two people, $249 against $899 for five. The difference pays for REsimpli’s CRM and unlimited dialing.
