- BatchLeads counts the leads you pull. PropStream Connect counts only traces that return a result.
- One person tracing only: PropStream’s 12¢ a trace is lower under about 170 traces a month, BatchLeads is lower from there to about 10,250, by $10 at most, and PropStream with Connect is lower from there to 25,000.
- Billed yearly, BatchLeads Growth is $857 and PropStream Essentials $972, plus a one-time $100 credit.
So the split is about people and volume. For up to three people, and up to about 10,000 owners a month, BatchLeads is the smaller bill. One person tracing past that pays less on PropStream, and mail costs about the same on either.

The same owner since July 2025
PropStream announced in July 2025 that it had acquired BatchLeads and its dialer, BatchDialer. PropStream itself has belonged to Stewart Information Services, the NYSE-listed title insurance company, since November 2021, so all three now sit under one parent. The listings show it: G2 names the vendor "BatchLeads By PropStream", and both apps are sold by EQUIMINE on the App Store.
The announcement talks about bringing the two together. It does not say what happens to existing BatchLeads plans, and as of September 2026 BatchLeads still has its own pricing page, its own trial and its own app. Comparisons written before July 2025 that treat the two as rivals were right at the time and are out of date now.
Phone numbers: in the lead, or on a meter
BatchLeads includes contact data with every lead. Growth gives you 10,000 leads a month, Professional 35,000 and Scale 75,000, and each lead past the allowance is 4¢. There is no separate skip tracing charge to watch, which is why its headline price sits close to the real one.
PropStream sells the same step three ways. On the $99 Essentials plan it is 12¢ a contact. The $30 Connect add-on includes as many traces a month as the plan has saves, 25,000 on Essentials, and a trace that finds nothing does not count against them. Pro, at $199, includes Connect.
Included is not the same as accurate. Stale and wrong numbers are the most repeated complaint on BatchLeads’ G2 page, 4 of the 10 reviews on its first page. PropStream has no G2 reviews to count, and one Google Play reviewer describes paying again to avoid tracing the same addresses twice. Neither pricing page quotes a match rate, and we have tested neither.
Calling from inside the tool
BatchLeads includes click-to-dial on every plan. Dialer AI, a preview dialer on an in-app softphone, is a flat $89 a month with three phone numbers and no per-minute charge. Texting runs through an outside provider such as Twilio, after an eligibility check with BatchLeads.
PropStream keeps its calling inside Connect: click-to-dial, plus dialer campaigns of up to 150 call attempts a day on three phone numbers you can swap every 7 days. BatchDialer, the dialer PropStream bought along with BatchLeads, is a separate subscription for users of either.
On G2, 3 of the 10 BatchLeads reviews on its first page call the dialer weak, and one reviewer finds it easier to call from a cell phone.

For a small team that calls its lists, BatchLeads fits better: $119 covers three users and 10,000 leads with contact data, and its app is rated 4.67 on iOS against PropStream’s 3.07. For one person tracing more than about 10,000 owners a month, PropStream costs less.
