The short answer
Pick Carrot if sellers find you through search and the website is the product: it was $111 to $601 a month less in the inbound months we priced. Pick REsimpli if you go after sellers with lists and calls, and the website is a side door.
Paid links. If you subscribe through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never changes our ranking order.

What each one is built for
Both sell a website and a CRM, from opposite ends. Carrot is a website and SEO platform for real estate investors, and the CRM comes free with it. REsimpli is a CRM for investors that goes out after sellers, and the website comes with it.
Carrot
Built to bring sellers to you
- One website with an AI builder, 50 location pages created for the markets you serve, and hosting included.
- SEO tools inside the plan: keyword discovery, rank tracking for 35 keywords, a site audit and a search performance dashboard.
- Trustpilot 3.1 from 12 reviews, where most of the anger is about repricing, not the product.
REsimpli
Built to go out after sellers
- List pulling, list stacking, 10,000 skip traces a month and a triple-line dialer on every plan.
- Websites on a WordPress-based builder, with templates for sellers or buyers and your own domain.
- 4.8 on G2 from 415 reviews, where setup is the most repeated complaint.
Each company publishes a page comparing itself to the other, and each gets the other’s prices wrong. Carrot’s shows REsimpli at $199, $399 and $849 a month. REsimpli’s own pricing page says $299, $899 and $2,199.
REsimpli vs Carrot pricing: what a month actually costs
Carrot opens at $119 and REsimpli at $299, and they overlap in part, so each month below says what the bill covers. Priced from both pricing pages and Carrot’s CRM pricing page as they read in September 2026, on monthly billing and before tax.
Solo, inbound
One person, one website, leads from search, basic follow-up.
Carrot Lower$119
Individual, with CarrotCRM Free: 1 user and 3 follow-up sequences.
REsimpli $299
Solo. Website, CRM and the rest included.
Carrot lower by $180
Solo, inbound, automated
One person, one website, automated follow-up and e-signatures.
Carrot Lower$188
$119 + CarrotCRM Essential at $69: 3 users, 8 sequences, 5 e-signatures a month.
REsimpli $299
Solo, with unlimited e-signatures.
Carrot lower by $111
Team of five, inbound
Five users working leads from one website.
Carrot Lower$298
$119 + CarrotCRM Scale at $179 for five users.
REsimpli $899
Team, with five users.
Carrot lower by $601
Solo who also cold calls
One person, one website, plus 2,000 owners pulled, traced and called.
Carrot Lower$248
Carrot lists no data, tracing or dialer, so this adds PropStream with Connect at $129. Two systems.
REsimpli $299
One system. Lists, 10,000 traces and the dialer are in Solo.
Carrot lower by $51, as two systems
- CarrotCRM prices are from Carrot’s CRM pricing page. Carrot’s own comparison page shows the same $188 for a website plus CarrotCRM Essential.
- Carrot’s call tracking includes 100 minutes and 25 texts a month on one number. It is a tracking line, not a dialer.
- The fourth month adds PropStream Essentials at $99 with its $30 Connect add-on for lists, traces and dialing, from PropStream’s pricing page.
- Billed yearly, Carrot Individual is $99 a month and REsimpli Solo $249.
So for inbound work Carrot is the smaller bill by a wide margin, and the margin grows with the team. Once you also go out after sellers, REsimpli is one bill for all of it, and Carrot needs a second tool to match.
The website itself
Carrot sells websites first. Each site gets an AI builder, 50 location pages for the markets you serve, service pages and hosting, with SEO tools inside the plan: keyword discovery, rank tracking for 35 keywords, backlink analytics, a site audit and a search performance dashboard tied to Google Search Console.
REsimpli’s websites come with every plan. They run on a WordPress-based builder with templates for sellers or buyers, take your own domain, and send each lead straight into the CRM. Its websites page lists no SEO toolset, and the Speed-to-Lead AI shown there belongs to REsimpli AI, a paid add-on.
Carrot adds one thing to know before you build: content you wrote yourself can go with you if you leave, but Carrot’s content library and page templates cannot be reused elsewhere.
The CRM itself
CarrotCRM, formerly InvestorFuse, comes in four tiers. Free gives one user three follow-up sequences and five property reports a month. Essential, at $69, gives three users eight sequences, 50 reports and five e-signatures a month. Scale, $179, and Team, $349, raise those counts for five and ten users.
REsimpli sets no such counts. Every plan includes unlimited calls, texts, emails and e-signatures under fair use, a pipeline, accounting and KPI dashboards, and the tiers add users and skip tracing credits. The trade is the floor: $299 for one user, where Carrot’s website with its free CRM is $119.
What each vendor says about the other
Carrot runs a page on REsimpli. It calls all-in-one tools bloated and prices REsimpli at $199 for one person, $399 for five and $849 for ten. REsimpli’s own pricing page says $299 for one user, $899 for five and $2,199 for fifteen, and those are the figures used here.
REsimpli runs a page on Carrot too. It lists Carrot’s extra websites at $29 a month, where Carrot’s own pricing page says $39 on the Individual plan. Neither page is a neutral source on the other.
